ABSTRACT

Literature focuses more on medical treatment, although it recommend starting physiotherapy and rehabilitation program as soon as possible in cases of drop-foot developed due to vasculitic neuropathy. A 21-year-old male patient with drop-foot developed due to vasculitic neuropathy on the right side was treated with physiotherapy program applied in addition to the medical treatment. Physiotherapy program consisted of high-voltage intermittent galvanic stimulation, whole body vibration and proprioceptive exercises. Applied physiotherapy program has significantly improved functioning and quality of life by creating positive results in muscle strength and balance.
