ABSTRACT
Sarcoidosis is a chronic granulomatous disease characterized by non-caseating granuloma formation. It usually involved the lung, skin, eye, and locomotor system, as well as exocrine glands, and can mimic the primary Sjögren syndrome. Herein we report a case of sarcoidosis diagnosed as a result of laboratory, radiological and histopathological examination applied with complaints of parotid gland swelling.
