ABSTRACT
Wegener granulomatosis (WG) is anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies (ANCAs)-associated idiopathic necrotizing systemic vasculitis involving both upper and lower respiratory tracts (bronchi and lung) with cutaneous lesions and renal involvement. The term 'granulomatosis with polyangiitis (GPA)' was recently proposed to replace the older term, WG. The disease most prevalent age 40-60 years old. It is called limited WG when kidneys are not involved. Because they know our goal is to offer the very young age of these cases of this disease is early diagnosis and aggressive treatment with life-saving, and also to stress may prevent possible future complications.
